Last week under the theme “Becoming a merchant again in the 21st century”. 40 guests and a dozen partners gathered at 4 rue de la Pompe to spend a pleasant evening. The event started with a round table mediated by Bertrand Fredenucci, CEO of Alphalyr and co-founder of Btwinz. After a brief introduction, he passed the torch to the evening's three speakers: Coralie de Fontenay (ex-CEO of Cartier), Vincent Rey (CEO of Madura) and Guillaume Flahault (President of Audio Son) .The speakers addressed the following topics: “the in-store customer experience required by today's luxury retailers”, “the need to change the structure of a business, both online and offline”. and “what marketing and customer relationship strategy do you adopt when the average age of your consumers is 84?” The panel then had a lively exchange with the guests who asked questions and provided their own ideas to move the conversation forward. With the evening well underway, discussions continue after the conference between customers and partners. Each guest was able to choose several digital solutions in advance that seemed relevant to them, and discuss during One to One meetings organized during the evening. Among these solutions, there were Alphalyr, online and offline sales reporting solution. Rémi Vidal presents this decision-making solution in Saas, which allows decision-makers to have on and offline information every morning to act effectively. Merged with Alphalyr since the beginning of the year, Alphalyr Elitrack Marketing Studio is also participating in the event, and it is Marie-Lou Cipolat, the founder, who shows the interest of this simple and effective solution for tracking and remunerating the entire conversion chain.Thanks to a homemade AI technology with speech to text, semantic analysis and digital link, called the “Voice Cookie”, Allo-Media fully convert the content of all your customer calls into actionable marketing data. Frédéric Daniel, Deputy Director, represents the solution. The duo of Denis Gachon and Anthony Ribeaudeau were there to explain in more detail. Wizaplace, a Saas platform for creating B2C and B2B marketplaces.Advalo, with Sonia Mamin, is an individualized marketing platform dedicated to retail. Yacine Benzeghiba, Guillaume Thibaux, Sébastien Le Carpentier, spokesperson for the solution Quanta, answer all questions about the slowdown of sites. Quanta presents an analytics solution specially designed to allow e-commerce and digital teams to collaborate effectively in order to make Web Performance an actionable lever for commercial performance.DAC Group helps retailers to be perfectly referenced “locally” in order to generate store traffic. Joëlle Bringer is responsible for One to One.Finally, Simon Traoré embodies the solution Incremys, which makes it possible to invest in keywords with high traffic and a high probability of positioning, thanks to statistical and semantic predictive algorithms. Distributed in different areas of Alphalyr's premises, the event partners were able to talk to various customers. Each appointment lasts 15 minutes to ensure a constructive and dynamic exchange. These exchanges were appreciated by both customers and partners. Martin Leturcq from Powersanté shares his favorable opinion, “A pleasant event, a great way to meet lots of people and businesses in a relaxed but productive way”. For his part Simon Traoré is also satisfied with the event: “Very well organized, productive one-to-one meetings with relevant guests”.And it's a cocktail that comes to end the evening.
